Shipping & Delivery 

At this time, COOL BLINGZ only ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. 

Please Note:
Due to the fact that most of our items are custom made to order by hand after they are purchased, lead times for most items are approximately 2-5 days to ship your item after it has been paid for.  If you have a deadline, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Sales Tax 

COOL BLINGZ charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
 

Return Policy 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you have any issues with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we may have a chance to resolve it. Used items may not be returned. If you wish to return or exchange your item, our actual shipping charges paid to ship your item (regardless of any shipping discounts or promotions going on at the time of your purchase) are non-refundable and the buyer is also responsible for paying the return shipping fees.  Crystal/Rhinestone/Bling items are custom made to order, so depending on the item, returns may be subject up to a 35% restocking fee.  If you request to cancel an order after it has been custom hand made, but before it has shipped out, it is still subject to a restocking fee. If you would like to know more about the specific item you plan to purchase, then please contact us before ordering so we can discuss.  If you wish to return an order for refund or exchange due to changing your mind, you are responsible for any return shipping charges as well as reshipping charges for the new product(s) being shipped for the exchange. You may either receive a store credit or refund, minus any shipping charges incurred to originally ship your item and restocking fees if applicable.
