Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery on some items, while other items may not be eligible for return. Most items featuring Clear Crystals do not have a restocking fee, but certain crystal colors may include a restocking fee. Custom-requested items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return or whether a restocking fee may apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email support@coolblingz.com with your order information and reason for the return request.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on custom requested items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
